Guaranteed Plumbing always warrantees every job from 30 days of limited warranty, up to 3 years of limited warranty on the work done, and that information is included on the job invoice. However, the online store page (Shop-Online), and the products listed, have a strict return and refunds policy which is NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on ANYTHING including products, labor or delivery. Exceptions are limited to product defects but need owner approval and may require photographic evidence.
Limited Warranty on Work Performed, Not Products
No refunds or returns AT ANY TIME after purchase from the online store, even if driver cancels or resident is unavailable.
Any damaged or defective products upon arrival or during installation is at this company’s discretion to replace. Possible exception for defective item: Returns are accepted only for products found to be defective upon arrival. Please contact customer support within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect.
